Transfers and Baggage: Passengers and baggage (1 bag per person) between airport and hotel(s).
Excluded: The cost of wines or liquors, meals not specified in the itinerary, items of a personal nature or special tips for the tour escort, extra hotel charges, such as valet, telephone calls, email, fax, cables, room service, laundry, or any similar charge.
Responsibility: The tours outlined here are operated by Trieloff Tours acting solely as agents for the passenger on the express condition that shall not become liable for delays, losses, or accidents incurred by hotels, transportation companies, and any or all other public services involved in the operation of these tours.
Trieloff Tours also reserves the right to change the routing hotel and/or sightseeing services of any itinerary of tours outlined on this site should local conditions warrant.
All prices are based on transportation costs and airfares and exchange rates in effect One Year before departure of selected tour, which are subject to change without notice.
Pick-up information for motorcoach tours only: At 30 days before departure, Trieloff Tours will determine no more than 3 pick-up and drop-off points which are convenient to the majority of tour members. All tour members will be responsible for being at one of these points at the designated time.
Reservations and cancellations: A deposit of $300.00 per person. Payment of the balance of the tour price should be made no later than 60 days before departure. All monies will be refunded except for a cancellation fee of $25.00 per person to cover bookkeeping expenses. If cancellation is made less than 60 days before departure, a cancellation fee of $25.00 will be charged plus all charges assessed by airlines, hotels, cancellation penalties, facsimiles, and long distance telephone charges.
Trieloff Tours highly recommends travel protection at the time of deposit. Travel Protection is Non-Refundable.
